- If a treatment package is canceled by the patient before the commencement of services.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Services already rendered or partially completed.
- Consultation fees.
- Custom dental products such as crowns, dentures, or aligners once production has begun.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

- The clinic management will review the request and communicate the outcome within 7 business days.
4. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank policies.
5. Cancellation of Prepaid Appointments
- Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
